About Scott
Scott Bruce is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, and leadership developer based in Fort Worth, Texas. He's spent his career at the intersection of human potential and performance — working with students, professionals, and athletes who are ready to become the leaders they were made to be. His work spans three companies under the Leadership Ventures umbrella, each built around the same conviction: every person, regardless of age or background, has the capacity to lead — they just need the right environment, tools, and someone willing to believe in them first.
Scott's career began in industrial/organizational psychology and leadership development, where he discovered that the gap between good and great almost always came down to one thing: intentional development. That insight drove everything he built next. Today Scott speaks to audiences across the country, coaches high-potential professionals through HiPo People, publishes leadership resources through Motiv8 Press, and is helping student athletes navigate the recruiting process through Athletech Intelligence. His book, You Were Made to Rise, publishes in September 2026.
